Build and deliver

Most projects ship in 1–3 weeks. CI/CD, tests where they matter, and a review pass on every agent output before it goes live.

I spent twenty years on film sets running generators for shows on Netflix, Disney, and Amazon. On the side, I learned to build. Two years ago I became founding engineer at Wroom.ai, shipping the MVP of a chat-driven AI video tool on Next.js, FastAPI, and ComfyUI.

Freetime is where I bring both sides together. I build production systems for small businesses that don't have a tech team and don't want one. The bar is simple: if it can't run without me in the room, it isn't finished.

Almost always. I work with whatever you already have — Google Workspace, HubSpot, Airtable, your CRM, your CMS. I only recommend replacing a tool when it's actively costing you money.
Yes. After the initial build, most clients move to a monthly retainer for improvements, new features, and on-call support.
Probably, if you're a small business owner with a specific bottleneck you want solved. Probably not, if you want someone to help you "explore AI" in general. I build things. I don't consult in the abstract.
Yes. Send yours or use mine.
Sometimes you should, and I'll tell you when. Off-the-shelf fits about 70% of needs. The other 30% is where custom work pays for itself in a few months.

Let's talk about what you're trying to solve.
